 | I often ask young students to choose a few moods from our "mood list" that might describe the music they hear. One of my students heard many, many moods in this simple piece from "Tales of a Musical Journey": easy going, royal, exciting, cheerful, fluffy, teeny, silly, light, funny, happy! Music has so much depth, it can often express what words cannot. Sometimes you need many words to get close :-) |
