Suzanne Greff (Yoga)

Suzanne Greff began her yoga journey 10 years ago after becoming an active student of the practice. She completed her Yoga Certification training in 2003 from the Nichols Hills School of Yoga. She has since taught classes in Norman for various institutions, including the University of Oklahoma, the YMCA and the U.S. Postal Training Center. She likes to think of herself as a “Karma” yoga teacher, as she likes her students to have such a feeling of good will associated with their practice that they want to do good to others. In addition to her adult beginners class, Suzanne is now teaching Mamaste Prenatal Yoga classes at Sonder Music, Dance & Art.
